WASP Bus For Hire

Clubs, Societies, Schools, Comapnies or Individuals

Hire this comfortable, fully equipped 15-seater bus for outings, trips or excursions. The WASP bus is dedicated to improving transport for people in the Parishes of Wotton, Abinger and Shere.The service is managed and manned by unpaid volunteers.

Information and Bookings

Phone 01483 274762 to record your name, telephone number and address. Say when you want the bus and where you want to go. A quotation and availability will be 'phoned back and confirmed in writing.

Charges

£40 per trip plus 65p per km. Discounts are available for charities and other local users. An additional charge will be levied if the bus is required after midnight.

Points to Note

One of our MIDAS-qualified volunteers will drive the bus. Hirings will normally be on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. We are unable to guarantee recovery of passengers if the vehicle breaks down outside our normal scheduled service area. A £20 non-returnable deposit is required on confirmation of booking Hirers are responsible for the conduct of passengers and supervision of children. Advance notice is required if the tail lift is required for wheelchair access.
